We are a local business that began offering car rental services in Phuket province since the year 2002. Initially, we started with only 4-5 cars, which were vehicles owned by our siblings and relatives. Up until now, we have successfully overcome numerous challenges. Imagine being a newcomer with no experience, no customer base, and during our initial stages, the absence of widespread online media as it is today. Therefore, marketing was quite demanding for us.
What we excel at is our customer service and friendliness, and this approach has proven effective. One of our customers, a Singaporean businessman named Mr. William Teo, shared his impression of our service on TripAdvisor, attracting many more customers to us.
As of now, we have a fleet of over 80 vehicles comprising 15 different models, and our services are available every day, even during the challenges posed by the past COVID situation.
