No. All Phuket airport car hire pick-ups and returns are free of charge.

1 additional driver is free of charge.

Absolutely not, all of our car rental fees are clearly outlined within the website and there are no additional costs incurred.

Our policy is full to full which is the fairest for our customers. Your car hire period begins with a full fuel tank and we require that you return it with a full tank.

Yes as long as it was locked at the time but (although we have not had a problem with this) it should also be noted that theft/loss of any personal belongings left in the vehicle would not be included.

Yes all Phuket Thai Car Rent come with first class insurance included in the rental price. This covers our motorcars and anyone else’s vehicle or property that you may be in collision with. The excess on our insurance is only 10,000 Baht which is one of the lowest in Thailand.         The insurance is valid up to a maximum of 10 million Baht per claim.

Whilst we haven’t had a problem with this it should be noted that personal belongings left in the motorcar are not included in the insurance. So as with anywhere please don’t leave any valuables int the vehicle.

Also included in our rental price is caution security insurance which is a Bail Bond. This covers cotters up to 200,000 Baht if they are detained for any reason due to a motor accident, there is no extra charge for this. 

The first class insurance included with your car hire comes with an excess payable of 10,000 Baht. This insurance excess is one of the lowest you will find in Thailand.

Please notify us and we will get a replacement to you as soon as possible. Loss of vehicle keys is not covered by the insurance and whilst we don’t have punitive charges for anything there will be a charge for this and some of the electronic keys can be relatively expensive.

The theft/loss of any personal belongings left in the vehicle would not be included, we recommend these items are covered under your personal travel insurance.

We accept any valid driver s license. Not necessarily international.

We only require a small cash deposit. We don’t ask you for your credit card number and we don’t keep your documents.

You would pay 5,000 THB. or 150 USD. as a security deposit on pick-up and get it back when you return the car. You can settle the deposit in you currency and I will be returned to you in the same currency.
